Common questions
Who can join the course?+
Graduates with a DMLT, BSc MLT or MSc in a laboratory discipline, and final-year students planning ahead. Your eligibility for a UAE licence depends on your qualification and work experience, so we check this for free before you enrol.
Do I need work experience to get a UAE lab licence?+
Most UAE health authorities ask for some post-qualification experience for lab technologist roles, and the exact number of years depends on your qualification and the authority. These rules change, so we check your case against the latest requirements during your free eligibility call.
Which exam should I take: DHA, DOH or MOHAP?+
It depends on where you want to work. DHA licenses for Dubai, DOH for Abu Dhabi, and MOHAP for the Northern Emirates such as Sharjah and Ajman. If you are unsure, our counsellor will help you choose based on your experience and job goals.
Are classes in Malayalam?+
Yes. Concepts are explained in Malayalam and English, and all exam material and practice questions are in English, the language of the actual exam.
Can I study while working?+
Yes. The course is recorded and self-paced, so you can watch lectures and practise whenever it suits you, on your phone or laptop.
What is Dataflow?+
Dataflow is the primary source verification service the UAE health authorities use to confirm your degree, registration and experience with the issuing institutions. It is a required step, and missing or incorrect documents are the most common cause of delays.
